Joining a committee is one of the best ways to get the most out of your Southern AZ CCIM membership, giving you exclusive access to some of the commercial real estate industry's top leaders. CCIM Candidate Guidance & Education
The goal of the Candidate Guidance committee is to assist candidates through the CCIM education and designation process. This committee offers courses on portfolio review and designation exam preparation and facilitates the Candidate recommendation process. This committee is also responsible for planning and implementation of core curriculum courses hosted by the Southern AZ CCIM Chapter. Sponsorship
This committee is responsible for securing industry partners to support the Chapter on an annual or special event basis. If you are interested in participating in this committee, please contact Gary Heinfeld [email protected].
Programs Committee
This committee is responsible for planning and coordinating our monthly luncheons by securing engaging speakers and timely, relevant topics that appeal to our members and guests. If you are interested in participating in this committee, please contact Kaitlyn Sump at [email protected].
Community Service and Networking Committee
The Community Service and Networking Committee is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of fun and engaging events for our Chapter Members and Non Members in Commercial Real Estate Community. The committee will arrange, at a minimum, two networking events in March, June, coordinate with the Membership Chair to arrange a membership networking event in September and help facilitate the Sponsor Appreciation Party in December. Some of these networking events will raise funds for supporting worthy causes in our community. Designation Promotion
The Designation Promotion committee works to promote the CCIM designation throughout the Southern Arizona marketplace. If you are interested in participating in this committee, please contact Craig Finfrock at [email protected].
Education & University Outreach
This Committee is responsible for planning and conducting outreach with colleges and universities in the area to promote the CCIM designation. They introduce students to the various facets of commercial real estate (CRE) and facilitate networking opportunities with CRE professionals through events such as speed networking and roundtable discussions.If you are interested in participating in this committee, please contact Craig Finfrock at [email protected].
Government Affairs
This committee's goal is to effectively influence state and local lawmakers to adopt policies and laws favorable to CCIM’s position on issues pertaining to commercial real estate and to stay abreast of state and local issues pertaining to CCIM Members and the commercial real estate industry.
Membership

Scholarship

Marketing
This committee is responsible for recommending and advising on marketing initiatives that promote Southern AZ CCIM Chapter events and education. The committee also assists in promoting the Chapter by using social media marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership, and involvement by sharing material that the Chapter's followers and the public would find relevant and interesting.
