The Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter is a group of 200+ members focusing on commercial real estate. Our membership included commercial real estate owners, brokers, appraisers, lenders, architects, engineers, escrow and title professionals, and many other CRE business-related professionals. The chapter focuses on delivering value to its members through professional networking, education, market information, community building, and deal-making opportunities. The value of chapter membership is immeasurable. CCIM is not only the most coveted and respected name in commercial investment real estate, but membership also gives you access to the industry's premier online business services, networking, and educational resources.
NOTE: You do not have to be a CCIM Designee to join the local chapter. We have memberships for Affiliate Brokers, Affiliate Ancillary Businesses, and Students.

If you are considering joining the CCIM Institute as a candidate member for the first time any time after Jan. 31, your dues will be prorated for the remainder of the year. All unpaid memberships expire at the end of the calendar year unless renewed for the following year.

DESIGNEES and CANDIDATES, please pay your National ($695) and Local Chapter Dues ($175) through the CCIM Institute. If you consider joining the CCIM Institute as a candidate member for the first time after Jan. 31, your dues will be prorated for the remainder of the year. All unpaid memberships expire at the end of the calendar year unless renewed for the following year.
CCIM DESIGNEES & CANDIDATES PAY HERE -
Affiliate Broker - Real estate professionals working for a brokerage or corporate real estate company. - $225 (new members prorated)

Affiliate Ancillary Business Member - Professionals within the commercial real estate affiliated industry. - $275 (new members prorated)
- University of Arizona or Pima Community College Student - A student email address or student ID is required for verification. - $25
- Reciprocal Chapter Membership - Member is not local to the Tucson area but has an active chapter membership with their local CCIM Chapter. Verification is required - $50
* Please be aware that all funds, including membership dues, are not deductible as charitable contributions.
** Please be advised that chapter membership dues DO NOT give you access to "MY CCIM," Site to Do Business or CCIMRedex. You must be a member of the CCIM Institute to receive these benefits.
